Top Opening

A top opening toolbox has a lid that lifts straight up, so you look down into the whole box. It suits bulky gear, long-handled tools and camping kit. This range runs from 610 to 2200 mm long.

Pick the shape that fits your tray or trailer:

• rectangle boxes, from 900 mm
• chest style boxes, 1200 to 1700 mm long and 600 mm deep
• cross deck gullwing boxes, 1770 mm, with a lid on each side
• camper boxes, drawbar boxes, a job site box and a tub liner box

Each aluminium top opening toolbox has a full-length piano hinge, fully welded seams and a curved rubber seal for dust and water. Most have gas struts to hold the lid up. Locks are mostly T-handle, with whale tail or push locks on some models.
