WHAT can be returned?
You can return all items within 30days, (if you are returning an item it can not be tampered with or drilled into, the item must be in original condition we recommend checking your product before you drill or alter the box.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
You have 30days from purchase date/invoiced date.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
The item will need to be returned to our warehouse located at
Unit 13/340 Hoxton Park Rd, Prestons NSW 2170.
We do not cover returns on items through post unless you select to have insurance on your delivery.

HOW do customers return items?
You can post the item back to us or delivery or drive in and drop it off and get a full refund.

SHIPPING for returns?
Delivery charges are not refunded as this is a service we do not provide ourselves. We do use shipping company that we pay the moment the item leaves our warehouse.

CREDIT for returns?
Customers can either get store credit or a full refund (including shipping) on the spot.

You can return the item at:

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm
Sunday: Closed

Packing materials?
Items need to be in orginal conditon on return.

Faulty Products?
Customers can either get store credit or a full refund (including shipping) on the spot.

Restocking Fee?
We do not charge a restocking fee at all.
