How long delivery to Brisbane takes
Our checkout gives a delivery estimate for your exact postcode and item. Since 17 October 2026, the estimates it gave for Brisbane addresses were mostly:

These are estimates, not promises. The count starts from the day your order is received. We don't post on weekends, so a weekend order leaves on Monday. Our estimates also skip Queensland public holidays at the delivery end. Pre-order items leave when the stock arrives, so they take longer.
What freight costs
We don't use a flat freight table. When you enter your postcode on a product page or in the cart, our checkout asks the carriers for a live price for that item and address. You only see options that can actually deliver it.
- Several items can travel together, which can lower the freight cost per item.
- Far North Queensland and other remote areas can cost more. If you're outside the Brisbane area, check the price at checkout or call us first.
Home, depot or business delivery?
- Home delivery is offered for many items and addresses, but not all. Big items like canopies sometimes only show depot or business options.
- Depot Delivery means you collect the item from the carrier's depot nearest you. It suits farms, rural blocks and anyone who won't be home.
- Commercial Locations Only is for businesses with a forklift at the delivery address.
Couriers deliver on weekdays during business hours, to the property entrance. They may need a hand unloading a large box. PO boxes can't take items over 25kg or longer than one metre. More details are on our delivery information page.
