The showroom is inside our warehouse, close to Liverpool and the M5 and M7 motorways. Call before you come if you want a particular size or colour, so we can check it is in stock.

Pick up from Prestons

Pickup from our Prestons warehouse is free. Choose Pickup – In Store at checkout. Our checkout shows when the order will be ready, usually the same day or the next business day.

  • Bookings are essential for pickups. Please contact us to confirm stock before you arrive.
  • Bring government-issued photo ID for a prepaid pickup.
  • Large boxes and canopies are heavy. Bring a ute or trailer with room for the box size on the product page, and something to strap it down with.

Delivery across Sydney

We deliver to every Sydney suburb by courier. About 98% of products are dispatched within one business day. Enter your postcode on any product page, or in the cart, to see live prices and a delivery estimate for your address.

Since 17 October 2026, most delivery estimates our checkout gave for Sydney addresses were 1 business day, and nearly all were within 1 to 3 business days. Pre-order items leave when the stock arrives, so they take longer.

  • Same-day courier: for some items and Sydney addresses, a same-day option shows at checkout. Order before 11am, Monday to Friday. After 11am it is the next business day.
  • Weekdays only: we don't post on weekends, so weekend orders leave on Monday. Couriers deliver on weekdays during business hours (9am–5pm).
  • To your property entrance: the courier may need a hand unloading a big box.
  • Business, depot or home: "Commercial Locations Only" needs a forklift at the delivery address. "Depot Delivery" means you collect from the carrier's depot. Home delivery is offered for many items and addresses, but not all.

Fitting your toolbox

We don't fit toolboxes in store. If you'd like it fitted, we can suggest an installer about 50 metres from our warehouse. If you buy more than one toolbox, we can key the locks alike. Just ask in the delivery instructions at checkout.
