Delivery times to Melbourne

Since 17 October 2026, most delivery estimates our checkout gave for Melbourne addresses were 1 to 3 business days, for home, depot and business delivery alike. A few depot and business estimates were 4 business days.

The estimate is worked out for your postcode and item each time you check, so the checkout is always the best guide. A few things change it:

  • Weekends: we don't post on Saturday or Sunday. Weekend orders leave on Monday.
  • Victorian public holidays are skipped at the delivery end, including Melbourne Cup Day and the AFL Grand Final Friday.
  • Pre-orders leave when the stock arrives.

Freight prices and options

Freight is priced live. Enter your postcode on a product page or in the cart, and our checkout asks the carriers for today's price to your address. You'll see the options that can carry that item:

  • Residential Road Delivery: to your home, on weekdays during business hours, to the property entrance. It is not offered for every item or address.
  • Depot Delivery: you collect from the carrier's depot nearest you. This is handy for regional Victoria or if you work all day.
  • Commercial Locations Only: for a business address with a forklift.

Carrying a dog on your ute in Victoria

Victoria has extra rules for dogs on utes. A dog on a tray or trailer must be secured. On days of 28°C or more, a dog secured on a metal tray must be able to get onto insulating material.
