Free pick-up (click and collect) is available from our Prestons NSW Warehouse. Please contact us to confirm stock is available prior to your arrival. You will need to present a government-issued I.D., for all prepaid pick-ups. 

Should you choose free pick-up and your item is not in stock at our Prestons warehouse, a free stock transfer is available (for most items). Stock transfers occur on a weekly basis and will require additional handling time. 

Items can be combined to reduce shipping costs.

Some remote areas will incur additional shipping charges. These include, but are not limited to; N.T., Far North QLD, and remote W.A. If you live in a remote area, please contact us to confirm whether additional shipping charges will apply to your order.

RETURNS

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

No problem! You may return or exchange any product within 30 days, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee. You can drop it back to our Prestons warehouse for free. If you send it back, you pay the return postage, and the delivery charge on your original order is not refunded. A refund, credit or replacement will be issued after we have received the package and confirm the item is in a resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?

The item needs to be returned and will be replaced, or a full refund or credit provided — including the delivery charge you originally paid. We cover the cost of returning it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make a claim. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

If you or your installer damage the product while installing it, we cannot take it back as a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty.

When you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage prior to installation. If you notice any damages or defects, please contact us ASAP.

Before any returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service representatives via email at info@toolsinabox.com.au. Please include your order number and specific description of damage/problem, photos and a clear explanation of your reason. If the return is authorised, you will receive an email with return instructions. All emails will be replied to within 24 business hours.
